VeVe Enhances Software Delivery Practices with Jira Optimisation

The Opportunity

VeVe is a New Zealand-based digital collectibles platform delivering premium licensed NFTs (non-fungible tokens) in collaboration with global brands like Marvel, Disney and Star Wars. With over 8 million NFTs sold, VeVe is redefining how fans discover, purchase and showcase digital assets, blending cutting-edge mobile tech with a collector-first experience.

As VeVe continued to grow, its development practices faced increasing pressure to keep pace with the demands of the rapidly scaling business. Some processes and tools hadn’t evolved at the same rate, which impacted team efficiency and collaboration. Agile boards offered limited visibility and Jira wasn’t fully integrated with GitHub for commits and pull requests, which made it harder for product and engineering teams to operate at their best.

VeVe needed a solution that would reach new levels of efficiency and automation and deliver:

The Partnership
